For Alotek, REDIFIS combined architectural design with the technical and engineering studies a working corporate building demands — circulation, structure, services and identity resolved together.
Project management and construction were carried under the same direction, keeping programme, budget and detailing aligned from concept to completion.
The building reads as a single restrained volume: a clear structural grid, controlled daylight and a material palette chosen for durability and low maintenance.
Office and production areas share one architectural language, so the workplace feels considered rather than merely functional.
Engineering and construction documentation were produced in-house, giving the client one accountable team from first study to delivered, operating facility.
