Energy performance is at the heart of how REDIFIS designs and builds. Every project is bioclimatic from the first decision — oriented, shaded and sealed to consume less and perform better.

Performance starts with the site. We orient each building to the sun and wind, let daylight do the work and shade what needs shading — before any system is added.
Passive-first design: form, orientation and openings tuned to the climate, so the building stays comfortable on its own and asks for as little energy as possible.
A continuous, well-insulated envelope is the core of a low-energy building. We detail the thermal shell to limit losses and hold steady temperatures through the year.
Thermal bridges are designed out and the building is built airtight, so heat stays where it belongs and the structure performs exactly as drawn.
An airtight building needs controlled ventilation. Fresh air is delivered where it is needed and stale air removed, with heat recovered rather than wasted.
The result is constant indoor air quality and thermal comfort — no draughts, no damp and no overheating — in every season.
Every decision is measured against energy. By designing passively first, we cut heating and cooling demand long before efficient systems are specified.
