M Vrysi House — Residential A family residence in the firm's home region, delivered under a single direction — from the first sketch to the handed-over building.

Set into the slope of Megáli Vrysi, the house is organised around clear load-bearing volumes and generous daylight. Each decision — orientation, structure, opening — was taken once and carried through to construction.
Architecture, technical studies, construction and supervision were developed as one continuous process, letting REDIFIS control quality and detail at every stage through to turnkey delivery.
Stone, timber and exposed concrete are used honestly, ageing with the landscape rather than against it. Interiors stay calm and uncluttered so that light and view carry the rooms.
Working as architect, engineer and builder removed the usual gaps between drawing and site: the house that was designed is exactly the house that was built.
Energy performance was addressed from the first design move — compact form, controlled glazing and high-performance envelope — so comfort is achieved with minimal demand on systems.
